Terms, Conditions and Maintenance Policy
Initial Setup Costs and Down Payment:
Hosting:
Maintenance and Updates:
- All initial setup costs must be paid in full before website design and development begins.
- A down payment of $400.00 must be received before website design and development begins.
Hosting:
- A late fee of $20.00 is charged if a website hosting payment exceeds 15 days past its due date.
- A website is removed from the Internet if a website hosting payment exceeds 60 days past its due date.
- If a website is removed, there is a $50.00 reactivation fee to resume website hosting services.
Maintenance and Updates:
- A flat rate of $50.00 per hour is charged for adding new content (photos, web pages, etc.).
- In most cases, website maintenance will be posted in 1-5 business days (depending on the volume of maintenance requests).
- Website maintenance requests are placed into a queue and are administered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Pinpoint Web Design will not perform any website maintenance or other services for any client whose account in not current and up-to-date.
- Website maintenance charges are billed monthly.
- Pinpoint Web Design is not open on Sundays.
