Design, Development and Construction of Your Website
First Step: Register a Domain Name, and setup a Host IP Account.
This first step involves choosing a domain name for your website. Once you choose a name, we will check its availability. With our domain name service you will be able to chose your domain name category (.com, .net, .biz, .org, etc.). We will then purchase your domain name from the registrar for a fee of $30. Next is the host IP account setup. This is the server space where all the elements of your website will be stored. The fee for the host IP account setup is $40. The total cost for both is $70.
Second Step: Construction and Implementation of the Website.
At Pinpoint Web Design our goal is to work with you to create the website that you desire. We want you to be satisfied with your website. In order for us to effectively design your website, we will discuss with you the target audience for the site. We will also talk with you about the main layout of the website, the color scheme, banners, images, link topics, and much more. Due to a shorter work time, the overall price will be lower if you are able to supply us with text and images. However, there is no need to worry if you cannot. We are able to create these to meet your expectations and standards.
We provide digital photography services for use with your website. For your convenience, we are also able to scan printed images and documents. Your website will include custom email addresses, which are able to be synchronized with your current, personal email address. After your site is completed, tested, and approved by you, we will put it live on the Internet. The total fee for website construction is $30 per hour. A $200 down payment is required at the start of construction.
Third Step: Hosting and Maintaining the Website.
Another important service that Pinpoint Web Design offers is the key role of hosting and maintaining the website. The total fee for web hosting is $25 per month. Clients are billed every 6 or 12 months, (Ex. 6 months: $150 / 12 months: $300). After your website is live online and running properly, Pinpoint Web Design will continue to host and maintain the site every day of the year. We will provide you with 4 hours of free maintenance on a yearly term. Maintenance is $30 per hour when exceeding the 4 hour free limit. Maintenance is simple. Just contact Pinpoint Web Design with any modifications, images, or text that you want us to add to your website. Pinpoint Web Design will post your new revised content within 24-48 hours.
